Airplane pilot license PPL (A)
A PPL (A) licence entitles the holder to fly aircraft for non-commercial purposes. It is the first step towards a commercial airline or military pilot licence.
Theoretical training – 105 hours.
Practical training – 45 hours of flight time.
Medical certificate – Aviation Class 2.
Age – 17 years.
Sailplane pilot license SPL
An SPL licence entitles the holder to pilot a sailplane.
Theoretical training – 105 hours.
Practical training – 15 hours of flight time.
Medical certificate – Aviation Class 2.
Age – 14 years.
Training program for ultralight aircraft pilots
After completing the training programme and passing the theoretical and practical tests, the student can pilot an ultralight aircraft.
Theoretical training – 25 hours.
Practical training – 26 hours of flight time.
Medical certificate – No 083-1/a ( the same as for category B driver).
Age – 16 years.
Training program for pilots of ultralight autogyro
After completing the training programme and passing the theoretical and practical tests, the student can pilot an ultralight autogyro.
Theoretical training – 25 hours.
Practical training – 26 hours of flight time.
Medical certificate – No 083-1/a (same as for category B).
Age – 16 years.
Night rating VFRN
VFRN – a rating that entitles the holder to pilot an aircraft at night.
Theoretical training – 2 hours.
Practical training – 5 hours of flight.
Medical certificate – Aviation Class 2, without night flying restriction.
PPL(A) or LAPL(A) licence required.
